30-day money-back guarantee. If Refyl doesn't work for you, email me within 30 days and I refund you in full. No questions, no friction.
When the 30 days start
The refund window begins on the day Refyl ships to you (not on the day you pre-order). Refyl is currently in pre-launch — you're not at risk of paying for a product you can't try.
How to request a refund
Reply to your Stripe receipt email, or email david@refyl.dev with your purchase email and "refund" in the subject. I'll process it within 24 hours.
What's covered
- Founder Lifetime ($29) — full refund within 30 days of product delivery
- Agency Lifetime ($99) — full refund within 30 days of product delivery
- If Refyl never ships — full refund on request at any point. You're not stuck holding pre-order credit.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed via Stripe back to your original payment method. Typical timeline:
- Within 24 hours: I issue the refund
- 5–10 business days: your bank reflects the credit on your statement
Stripe's processing fees on the original transaction (~$1.20 for a $29 purchase) are not recovered, but they don't affect what you receive — you get the full $29 back.
